DETECTIVE JUSTICE RECEIVES BRAVE AWARD

Last week the Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs (KASAP) held their Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month kick-off event in Elizabethtown, Ky. At this event, each region in KASAP recognized a partner that has been an unwavering advocate for survivors in the community. These advocates were awarded the BRAVE award- BELIEVE, RESPECT, ADVOCATE, VALIDATE, EMPOWER. Annual Spring Cleanup Week- April 21-25

Spring is here and that means it’s time for the City of Morehead’s Annual Spring Cleanup. This event will take place Monday, April 21- Friday, April 25, 2025. During the week curbside large and small trash pickup services will be offered to city residents at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Items excluding during the Spring Cleanup Week include tires, paint, oil and any other hazardous materials. Brush may be picked up for a small fee.
