Mayor and Judge-Executive to hold community press conference

The City of Morehead and Rowan County are holding a live press conference on Friday, March 20, 2020, at 6 p.m. This will serve as a community update regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Representatives include Harry Clark, Rowan County Judge-Executive; Laura White-Brown, City of Morehead Mayor; Jim Hampton, Emergency Management Director and John Maxey, Rowan County Schools superintendent. Other organizations that will be represented include the Gateway Health Department, St. Claire Healthcare, Morehead State University and the Maysville Community and Technical College.

During this press conference, we would like the public to submit questions ahead of time. Questions and comments for all organizations can be submitted to [email protected]. Questions will be submitted to the representatives to answer prior to the press conference. Please submit your questions as soon as possible. 

The press conference will be streamed on the City of Morehead and Rowan County Fiscal Court Facebook pages via Facebook live. After the live presentation, the videos will be available for viewing at any time on Facebook.
