The City of Morehead is accepting sealed bids for the building (former Morehead Police Department Building) and real property totaling approximately 0.41 acres located at 105 East Main Street, Morehead, Kentucky 40351. For a detailed description of the real estate, please see Deed Book 141, Page 313 of record at the Rowan County Clerk’s Office. Pictures will be listed on our website at https://morehead-ky.gov/.

You may submit sealed bids to: Morehead City Hall/Administrative Building, c/o Surplus Property Auction, 314 Bridge Street, Morehead KY 40351. All sealed bids must be received by City Hall no later than Monday, April 7, 2025 at 9AM EST. Bids will be opened and read aloud at that time in the Conference Meeting Room of City Hall. Late bids will not be accepted.
