Thursday, May 23, 2024 members of the Rowan County Christmas board of directors recognized Laura White Brown, Mayor of the City of Morehead and the City of Morehead for our continued financial support and partnership of Rowan County Christmas. Their annual distribution would not be possible without the support of our city.
